RVT/Veterinary Technician

**IN NEED OF PART TIME OR FULL TIME APPLICANTS**

  • 1+ years experience as an RVT/Veterinary Technician is required to be considered for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of and/or ability to utilize veterinary software programs efficiently required. (AVImark preferred).

Valley Dog and Cat Hospital is ready to add an experienced veterinary technician to our dynamic team! We are a fast-paced 2 doctor hospital that takes pride in our high level of patient care and progressive medical, surgical, dental, and low-stress patient handling practices.

While this is a veterinary technician position, you may be required to answer phones, schedule appointments, and help out at the front desk when needed.

Veterinary Receptionist

**IN NEED OF PART TIME OR FULL TIME APPLICANTS**

  • 1+ years experience in the veterinary industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of and/or ability to utilize veterinary software programs efficiently required (AVImark preferred).

A Veterinary Receptionist provides the first impression of the hospital to our clients and patients. As a receptionist, you will act as a liaison between our veterinary team and our clients. You must be professional and courteous with the ability to build rapport with clients and their pets. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, as well as the veterinary medical team.

As the clients’ last interaction in the hospital, the receptionist must ensure that they have answered all clients’ questions prior to them leaving, that they have a clear understanding of the veterinarian’s recommendations and that client’s expectations are exceeded at every visit.
