Dr. Amanda Morgan

Dr. Amanda Morgan was born in raised in Baltimore. Dr. Morgan graduated valedictorian from Lansdowne High School and went on to receive her degree in biology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She then traveled across the country to attend vet school in Ames, Iowa. Dr. Morgan graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Prior to opening Valley Dog and Cat Hospital in 2015, Dr. Morgan worked in a corporate small animal hospital and was promoted to Chief of Staff during her 7 years of employment. Dr. Morgan’s life revolves around her four legged family. She and her husband currently have two dogs and two cats- Raymond (a Doberman Beagle Mix) and Panzer (a Pit Bull American Bulldog Mix), Annie (an orange tabby), and Minnie (a brown tabby). All four are rescues. Her special interests are include surgery, public health and parasitology. In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, watching Ravens games, and running.
